This cookie is installed and managed by the company Google LLC, with headquarters at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California, United States of America, within the scope of the Google Ads tool, this third-party company being responsible, jointly with Monetty, for the processing of the data collected through that cookie, under the terms described in this Policy.
4. CATEGORIES OF COOKIES
4.1. As to functional necessity, the cookies used by the Monetty website are classified as:
a. Necessary cookies: cookies essential to the basic and secure operation of the website, without which certain functionalities do not operate correctly. They do not depend on the User's consent for their installation.

8.2. The cookies csrftoken and sessionid_prod are used exclusively by Monetty, for purposes of security, authentication, and technical operation of the website, there being no sharing of the data collected by them with third parties.
8.3. 9. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF DATA
9.1. The data collected through the cookie _gcl_au are processed by the company Google LLC, with headquarters in the United States of America, and may, due to the supplier's global infrastructure structure, involve international transfer of personal data to servers located outside the national territory.
9.2. Said transfer observes the provisions of articles 33 to 36 of the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Lei nº 13.709/2018), as well as the guidelines established by Resolução CD/ANPD nº 19/2024, which regulates the requirements and mechanisms for carrying out international transfers of personal data.
9.3. Monetty declares that it adopts the measures necessary to ensure the conformity of the international transfer of data with the Brazilian legislation in force, requiring from its international partners adequate guarantees of protection of personal data.

11. LEGISLATION AND VENUE
11.1. This Cookie Policy is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, especially by the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Lei nº 13.709/2018) and by the Marco Civil da Internet (Lei nº 12.965/2014), the venue of the judicial district of Resende/RJ being elected to settle any controversies arising from this Policy, involving MONETTY FINTECH LTDA., enrolled with the CNPJ under No. 57.609.035/0001-40, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
